I’ve felt, for some time, that I was being lied to. It was more of an agitation, than an upsetting, cantankerous, pain. There was no substantial proof, other than the predilection of stretching, or negating, the truth, that She provided as simple speech. I promised myself that I would never, again, let a woman get the best of my emotions; my thoughts and rest, my joy and cheer. Only a fool would make such a personal request towards the conquest over His sentiments, as this is both unnatural and impossible. The only strength over the Mind is the Vice, which adversely affects the entire process of thought, in a way, and disrupts the goal in the first place. No alcohol, nor prayer, can salvage a Man’s mind in the depths of heartbreak; be it genuine or an alter-experience. Thus, cynics state that to not drown by Love, one should not swim where Love exists. The exaggeration of love is often written on by those who have never experienced such felicity, or are hermetic and numb.

What is going on with me and my blog slackery? I guess it's all the podcasts I've been doing. Which by the way should be making their way onto Imageyenation very soon.

So check out the other installments of Mondo Blog if you haven't already.

Mondo Blog : Part 1
Mondo Blog : Part 2
Mondo Blog : Part 3
Mondo Blog : Part 4

So let me wrap up this mondo blog now. I think I'll just go all out and combine the remaining days so that I can say I'm done. But don't worry... Add-Mmm will be going on plenty more adventures that he be more than happy to share, the memories of which, with you.

So uh... let's see. Where did we leave off. Okay! So we've seen the pooptacular Experience Music Project. Now I'd like to talk about some good architecture.

First, I went to visit The Chapel of Saint Ignatius. I studied this building in my architectural lighting course. The architect, Steven Holl took an in depth approach to the use of light in this building. Study models of the design process can be found here. I could say a lot about this building but the images can do a much better job than I can.

This is what architecture should be...

If any of you are in Seattle at any point I would suggest visiting The Chapel of Saint Ignatius.

While we were driving around a bird, flying overhead, took dead aim and shit through the cars sun-roof.

I was impressed...

I was also impressed with how safe I felt in Washington knowing that Homeland Security had my back.

We also visited the house of Kurt Cobain. Actually, we didn't really stop and look. We just drove by. Somebody else lives there now which is unfortunate because I think it should be a museum.

On the last day of my trip I went to Pike Place Market. The only thing I knew about the market was that somewhere inside, people threw fish around. Unfortunately, they only throw fish around on the weekends when there's a big crowd. Sadly, we were there during the week.

I mentioned the food right? Yeah...

There are so many delicious eateries in Seattle, it's mind bogglin`. There's everything from fresh made cheese to fresh fish and crab, and delicious jellies of all varities. Emeyesi, if you're reading, you would love the jellies. I know you have a bit of a sweet tooth for those gelatinous confections.

More like... Mee (WANT) Sum Pastry.

I don't know how I feel about this yet.

Apparently you need a special license to pan handle in Seattle. So you get your license and then they assign you a specific location within the market district designated by a number painted on the ground. I guess it's arranged this way to reduce the "noise pollution". I can't put my finger on it, but something isn't right about it. Seattle is a very wealthy city. I have the feeling that this musical restriction is meant to keep the less fortunate out of the market district as much as possible but still be politically correct in the process. I don't know for sure though. It's just a feeling.

On our way to the airport, we drove around the Seattle Public Library. This is just a kick-ass building. I'm so mad that I didn't have enough time to go inside and check it out. The architect Rem Koolhaas succeeded in creating one of the most dynamic public use buildings I have ever seen. Even though I didn't get to see the interior, just seeing the outside made up for having to pay twenty bucks to see the piece of shit Experience Music Project.

Well that's pretty much it. I hope I've inspired you to trek out to Washington. There are a few more things that I could have blogged about but y`all will just have to discover them on your own. Thanks for reading.

Oh man I forgot Pho. Okay I will leave you with this piece of information. If you get the chance, eat Pho (pronounced Fuh?) <-- I don't know...

It's super cheap, very filling, vegetarian friendly, noodle soup. They also give you dope cream puffs with your meal. Holy moly...

I miss the cream puffs.
